When I want to accessorize a dress, one of the easiest ways to add edge and character to the outfit is adding a moto jacket. I have seen this popular combo everywhere on other fashion bloggers and Pinterest. I find it such a cute way to dress for the weather if you’re lucky enough to get cool breezes. Or to cover up if the dress might be showing too much skin. This now has become my go to and favorite combo: dress and moto jacket.
What I also love about this outfit is also that I kept everything on the neutral sides, from dress, to jacket, to shoes and jewelries. I wanted to style a neutral outfit this time. Because if you’ve read my blog a while, you’d know I’m always in floral or vibrant colors. This is a nice change. I think neutrals could be very chic and elegant because of its simple beauty. And because of the neutral tones, any piece I’m wearing today could be a wardrobe staple. Meaning you can take any piece from this outfit and restyle it into other looks many different ways. This is essential in building a capsule wardrobe.
If you’re following on Instagram Stories, Dylan and I are taking off today on our spontaneous baby moon trip. We started driving this morning and heading west. There is no planned destination, rather than general California. We also have no hotel reservations. The control freak in me is freaking out a bit, but being with Dylan with all these years has taught me I cannot plan anything ahead with this man. So I might as well enjoy the ride. I will literally enjoy the ride because he’s driving and I’m not. I will update with you once I know more of my own baby moon trip lol.

I am loving that dress on you! I do the same. I’m kind of attached to my leather jacket. It’s perfect for adding a little edge to an outfit. I’m the opposite and wear a lot of neutrals and need to wear more color. I love how neutrals look on you! Very sophisticated and classy
