We got back from our trip to San Francisco a week ago. But I never got a chance to post these photos. We were in love with the city and the scenery. I mean just look at the view of the Golden Gate Bridge from this look out. And I’m so glad I packed this high low maxi dress (which is currently on sale for $52) for the trip. In a weird way, I tried to color coordinate with the bridge. Because red and green are complimentary colors of each other, haha.

Coming from Denver – the mile high city (which means Denver sits at a mile higher than sea level), walking around this Marin Headlands park doesn’t put me out of breath as easily. The air is much more humid, which my hair and I have a love hate feeling for. Our dogs (only Lulu is in the photos, Brodie is not) love the green grass here in San Francisco and all the beautiful scenic hikes we took them. And one very cool thing I don’t remember seeing much else where, is the fog. Can you see how the Golden Gate Bridge half appears under the fog? The locals told us there are such foggy days that you completely cannot see the bridge at all. I think that’s very cool, and is somewhat magical.

Have you visited San Francisco before? It was actually Dylan’s first time, but probably my fourth or fifth. I’ve been several times on business or leisure trips either alone or with friends. I don’t always visit the Golden Gate Bridge because it’s a crowded tourist spot. So if you haven’t gone, I suggest going to Marin Headlands to see the bridge. It’s a beautiful drive and depending on the day, you might be able to see the clear city view with the bridge, or just the fog hovering the bay. Either one is very cool!
