So, I wasn’t a fringe person, I just didn’t get it. I would see other people wearing fringe on their shirt, dress, even shoes, and I just didn’t see the point. I suppose fashion is very subjective. Just because 99 out of 100 people like something, doesn’t mean you are going to like it. And everyone goes through a phase in their lives. So let me tell you, I think I’m entering my fringe phase right now. I love it, and I totally get it 🙂 Fringe is just so adorable, so fun, with so much movement and liveness!

Ever since starting this blog, one of the goals I set for myself was to explore new things, one at a time, perhaps a trend that I didn’t care for before. You never know you liked something until you actually have it. So I thought I’d try my first fringe piece ever, which is this clutch I found on sale. And I think I’m falling for it hehe. If you already own fringe and love it, you probably think I’m  crazy for not liking fringe before. And it’s okay, I get it now! We can still be friends, right? 😀

The clutch doubles as a crossbody bag too, with the shoulder strap removable. That’s always a plus!

The way I store this clutch is I put it in its dust bag, zipper side in first, and then lay it flat on my closet shelf. I also thought of hanging the bag up by its shoulder strap, but for some reason I don’t want to wear out the shoulder strap even though metal won’t stretch. The purpose is to keep the fringe in its original shape as much as possible. Please do share your way of storing fringe items, as like I said, this is my first fringe ever!
