It’s after Labor Day, the temp is a bit cooler. But it’s still summer and it still gets quite warm in the day. A stripe maxi dress is so appropriate. And since it’s $22, I can’t complain. I dressed Lucy Luu up in a similar looking stripe dress. Don’t think I can ever get enough of matching with this little babe, even if it’s just a pattern match. Wish I could find exact matches every time. I also bring with me a leather jacket to wear with this dress in case it gets cooler in the evening.

I want to document today because it’s the first time I put Lucy’s hair up in pig tails. Her hair is long enough I thought I’d switch it up from the usual one big pony tail in the middle. Everyone says she looks so much like me. I kinda see it, but I’m not totally convinced. I may have to pull up my baby pics to compare. Hope everyone is having a great week ahead!
