What is this weather, mid 90s in Colorado in September? I’m confused. But I guess it’s still technically summer before Autumn Solstice. So might as well enjoy all the summer dresses right now. And then once Sept 22 (Autumn Solstice) comes, I expect the temp to drop like 25 degrees, mmkay?

I find myself reaching for blush color a lot lately. Because it’s a great “neutral” to wear in this transition while I’m waiting for the weather to make up its mind. If it’s a hot day (which happens quite often), pair with colorful accessories or white and cream and I have a summer look. If it’s a bit cooler, pair with burgundy, or a darker shade like black, and I have a fall look. This blush dress from Chicwish is a great example. And I’m styling a summer look here with colorful scarf and straw hat. But a burgundy jacket could be added, and I can wear the dress when it’s cooler too.
