I started using the Pantene Advanced Care Collection in my hair routine and here are some tips on using hair shampoo and conditioner if you didn’t already know!
Washing hair: After wetting your hair, apply shampoo to your scalp and lather gently to clean. You want to start with your scalp first because that’s where dirt and oil buildup is. Gently massage your scalp for a couple minutes before you apply shampoo and clean the rest of your hair.
Conditioning hair: When it’s time to condition hair, you want to apply the conditioner starting at the hair ends. Your hair tends to be dryer and more damaged at the ends, so let’s start there. Then you can work your way up towards the root section. Leave on for a few minutes and rinse. And make sure to rinse no more than 30 seconds or the conditioner loses its power!
