Hi everyone! Today I’m sharing 3 of my must-have warm women’s winter coats I have on rotation for pretty much all occasions. As a fashion blogger who lives in Colorado, I have so much coats. But I find myself reach for these three over and over again. So let’s talk about them!

If you are a woman who is overwhelmed by the choices of coats on the market. And you are looking for warm and stylish winter coat choices for any kind of day you may have, this blog post will help you find your next warm winter coat. For outdoor activities, see coat 1 below: A thickened down jacket. For a casual every day look, see coat 2: A cozy teddy sherpa jacket that is just under $70. And lastly, for a dressy occasion like work or going out: a classic wool coat with a feminine ruffle collar.

Quick disclaimer: I live in Denver, Colorado. And although I drive to the mountains in Colorado for hikes or a ski trip, I understand that winter for some of you may be much colder. It could also be much warmer. So these coats are picked for winter in the winter temperatures in Colorado, which varies from single digit to the 40ºs.

1. For outdoor activities – thickened down jacket

This down jacket is a gem from Amazon! It’s only $150 (yes, it sounds like a lot of money, but for this thick and warm jacket with really great quality, this is a great price!). And it comes in 13 colors, depending on whether you want to go bold, or stay neutral. I went with yellow, because I know if I wear this during winter time, this would stand out in the white snow!

The jacket is above my knee length, long enough to keep my bootie warm and toasty. That’s a great feature to have because when you go ski/snowboard, or for a nature hike in the winter, it’s helpful to have the length to keep the snow out.

It also features 6 pockets total, four on the front, and 2 on the inside. They are very handy when you need a place to put your keys, cards or cash, phone, etc, or your hands!

2. For every day wear – casual and cozy teddy sherpa jacket

For an every day look, running errands, or simply just picking up the kid from school, I wear this long hooded teddy coat, that is just under $70. It’s cozy and not too bulky. The button details make this jacket cute and chic (as opposed to the casual look of a zipper). So you can stay cozy but still look a little bit polished.

The casual and cute element of this jacket is in the grey sweatshirt material hoodie. It gives the illusion that you are layering a hoodie underneath, but without the extra bulk. I thought that was a different and cute touch to this jacket.

3. For a dressy occasion – classic wool coat

This wool coat is giving me Princess Diana classic, elegant vibes, and I’m loving it! The mauve blush pink color is lovely. The collar ruffle details are so pretty, and the large three buttons on the top add a playful and chic look to the coat. There are hidden snap buttons below the large round buttons for cold windy days.

The pockets on this coat are positioned more towards the front which I can appreciate. Because when you are wearing a coat, it could be harder to reach your arms backwards trying to find your coat pockets.

The coat is below the knee length for me (I’m 5ft3). And that’s a great length. On really cold days, I can wear high boots with skinny jeans in addition to this jacket, and I will be warm.

And that concludes my 3 favorite coats of this season. These warm and stylish coats, on rotation, can take you from a casual every day look, to going to the office, an evening out, and even to a hike with nature in the winter time. Which one of these do you see yourself wear the most frequently? I would say number 1 and 2 just because right now, I’m still not going back to the office or going out as much, so any dressy look is less worn. But I’m sure, once the office is open back up, I will use 3 just as much!
