I have been asked by many of you to style an outfit for a company dinner, an office party, or a company office get together this holiday. The thing is it’s an office party, these are people you work with. You want to look nice, but you don’t want to over dress. You want to show them you have style without looking overboard. I received this dress from eShakti. I picked a size and then customized the rest to my liking: knee length, 3/4 sleeve length, v-neck, with pockets. Have you ever seen a dress at a store and thought to yourself: hmm, this would be perfect if it were a little longer? Well, now you can have my dress too but with calf length if you like, or even longer sleeve. Want a scoop neck line instead? Sure! You can even give them your full measurements, or just indicate you’re really really tall, or really really short and the dress will be adjusted accordingly. Plus they have so many dresses to pick from, seriously. I spent an hour going through all the choices before picking out this dress. And they always update their selection too. In fact, I ordered this dress a couple weeks ago, and I don’t think it’s even available anymore. They have updated their selection with more season appropriate styles.
They not only have dresses, they have tops, bottoms, jackets, etc and wedding attire/bridesmaids dresses as well. Everything is customizable. The order takes 12-18 days to deliver, because they do have to make the item according to your selected options. So if you need something made, keep in mind to order it at least 2-3 weeks in advance! 🙂
So, what do you think about this dress? I think it could even be worn to a Thanksgiving family get together, not just an office party. The weather has been nice around here (high 60s), so even though this dress is knee-length, I’m okay wearing it with a coat.
